Yes we supply all the chemicals and equipment which is factored into our billing already. If you have a preference or prefer to provide supplies and equipment simply let us know and we will adjust our services to accommodate regardless of the reason. Whether you have allergies or don’t want products that were used in another clean, we won’t even ask. Hassle free accommodations!
You don’t need to be home! Many of our clients leave a key or provide access instructions. We’ll send updates when we arrive and when we finish.
Just pick up personal items or clutter to allow us to focus on cleaning surfaces. No need to pre-clean; that’s what we’re here for!
We take cash, credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and other payment apps. Invoices are also available to pay directly from the invoice via debit or credit card.

Yes we do. They tend to be our busiest days though so try to book as soon as you know you need to.
Yes, we do. First come first serve so confirm as soon as you know you need it. We get a lot of same day requests from people whose cleaners didn’t show up.
Nope. You’re bound to strict regimen of cleaning. Kidding!! We use checklists though to prevent miscommunication. If it’s not on a checklist, it will not get done. So just make sure to let us know you have a list. We’ll print it and bring it with us. We price each job based on the checklist and size so if the checklist doesn’t list something, it may end up raising the price to add it.
We have checklist in out navigation menu. They’re our holy grail. If it’s not on the checklist it wasn’t priced and it isn’t included
A deceilion dollars. It varies and we use an ai algorithm to calculate price to make sure taxes, equipment, supplies, labor, and fees are covered. Most cleans are flat rate so you aren’t hit with any surprises since estimating time can be difficult. There’s a million factors that get calculated.
Yes we do! Most cleans are 20% cheaper is doing weekly or bi-weekly.
Yes we do. Laundry, hoarding help, organizing, deep cleaning appliances, p-traps, some minor repairs, such as vacuums, minor fixes-spackle walls, replacing light bulbs, etc. They are additional and varying cost based on type and amount.
Nope. Life happens and stuff happens. I won’t do you like that. I hate cancellation fees though I do understand them. I still hate them. You can cancel hassle free without a Stressful explanation.
Yes, and I won’t even ask questions. I assume adults have a good reason so I just ask for a similar courtesy and try to let me know as soon as you know. I don’t do cancelation fees or ask personal questions and in return please just let me know as soon as you know.
We have a form on our homepage to give you a quote! It’s designed to give the highest quote yours could be so it may be lower but it won’t be higher. Since there are some variables my AI is still learning and gathering data and being improved or you can text pictures and details to 725-258-9232 as I can. I don’t use my phone when I’m with a client as a courtesy. I will respond as soon as I can.
Tipping is never required but always appreciated if you’re happy with the service.
I’m getting so burnt out on EVERYWHERE asking for a tip. 😂 I did self checkout and it asked. This is getting ridiculous. Tipping is an outdated practice that I hope goes away someday. At the same time, we do appreciate tips or any form of appreciation is also welcome.
Yes! For most residential cleans, we do a walk through when we’re done to see any potential issue. For our resturants needing inspection cleaning, we will come back out as long as the issue is on the checklist and the inspection is within 48 hours of us leaving or the resturant is closed between us leaving and the inspection and no contraxtors have been in the restaurant after we left. Free of charge to fix what we missed.
Yes. Every one of our cleaners are background checked so that’s never a fear you have to worry about. We are also switching to using body cameras (to clients who want us to or feel comfortable with it). We never record without consent.
Unless something happens (for example they wake up sick or get into an accident) yes it will be the same. We send the same cleaner. They know your house and will let you get back to your day faster without any compromise to the service. Unless you request someone new. We’re a small team currently of only 4 cleaners.
Part of the reason we do flat rate pricing is over time we become efficient which seems to be penalized in our society and slower workers seem to be rewarded with more hours which equals more pay for the same output. That doesn’t make sense. Slow doesn’t mean better.
We love pets! Just let us know in advance so we can be prepared. We’ll work with you to ensure your pet is comfortable during the cleaning./div>
Yes! We don’t use corrosive or dangerous chemicals that I know a lot of cleaners love. We don’t use bleach, vinegar, etc.
If the cleaning requires hard water build up removal or a greasy oven, we sometimes use a heavy duty cleaner but only as a last resort and we’ll ask you first before we just spray harsh chemicals.
Yes but only if we’re told upfront so we can properly prepare.
Carpets? Yes. Upholstery? It depends what material and if it’s damaged.
Yes we can but its not included as any of our cleaning packages. It will be extra but we can quote you on it virtually.
Yes we do. Please just be honest about what hazards we might encounter (maggots, pet feces, a malfunctioning oven that might be a fire hazard and has been clicking on and off for days)
We have a lot of immune compromised clients or elderly clients. We use Mask, use rubbing alcohol as a disinfectant, bring hand sanitizer with us to each clean and our equipment is sanitized in between cleans as well. If you’d prefer we use your equipment, it’s not a problem. Just let us know so we know to leave our vacuum or whatnot at home.
Unfortunately, we do not clean exterior windows on second stories due to safety restrictions.
